Whether you’re interested in personal protection, home defense, recreational shooting, or exercising your Second Amendment rights, our Connecticut Pistol Permit Course is designed to give you the knowledge, confidence, and skills to get started.

Your instructor, Tim Jones, is an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor and active-duty law enforcement officer who is passionate about helping everyday people become safe, confident, and responsible firearm owners.

In this course, you’ll learn:

• Safe storage practices to protect your family

• Basic shooting fundamentals

• Connecticut firearm laws and the pistol permit process
